Tracking my stuff offline, I tend to do it better. Here, I think I’ll be using my blog to express my feelings through it all. So far, I have only had a headache on the nights of the weather. I tried the gluten (even extra large spaghetti and garlic bread!) No go. Sodium, no go too. I guess it really is just the weather? I will continue to watch, but now it’s time to take a more healthy role too.
I am thinking of joining weight watchers. I know that I probably won’t lose much a week, and that’s okay. It looks like the best way to get to know my food, and the pointsplus thing looks like it’ll keep it more scientific. The more scientific and the less personal something is for these things, the better I think I will do.
